Welcome to the Department of Airline Service, Korea National University of Transportation .

 

The Department of Airline Service is training the best leaders in aviation field to lead international air transport industry.

 

This department consists of the best faculty members who boast outstanding careers and achievements in their respective professions including airlines and hotels and teaches each student passionately with a lot of interest and affection. This department operates various and in-depth curriculums for students to successfully advance into society, and most of the students are actively entering domestic and foreign airlines, hotels, and large corporations after graduation.

 

The Department of Airline Service at Korea National University of Transportation will do its best with special concern and continuous support to help students grow into excellent talents in the aviation industry.

Introduction

The Department of Airilne Service at Korea National University of Transportation aims to foster aviation professionals with expertise and global mind in the aviation field and to cultivate leading human resources in the airline service field.

 

We operate various and systematic curriculums to enhance aviation-related capabilities of students. Through this curriculums, students are cultivating communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, aviation expertise and international literacy.

 

In addition, it has a variety of facilities and equipment including the MOCK-UP room, the image making room, and the food and beverage lab, so that they can learn the practical sense in the field.

 

Student associations and club activities are also actively being conducted to help students revitalize their school life and social contribution activities. The student council plans and operates recruitment camps, MTs, sports competitions, academic festivals, and overall events of the department to help improve the quality of school life. Hanbit Narae, a department's public relations club, operates various programs such as open campuses, free semesters programs, and ham-toring programs enhancing the understanding and familiarity of the airline service department of prospective university students.

 

After graduation, students are entering domestic and foreign airline cabin crew, aviation-related construction and organizations, tourism and hotels, and travel agencies. In particular, we are actively conducting field trips through industry-academic cooperation with domestic and foreign airlines, companies, and public institutions to facilitate graduates' entry into society.

 

Students will develop into competitive experts in the field of airline services with their own differentiated capabilities through their professional knowledges, field experience, and volunteer activities gained while in university.
