| Responsibilities - *Lead the identification and selection process for potential clinical trial sites within the APAC region, working closely with clinical operations, project management and commercial teams to ensure sites meet study requirements.
- *Offer critical local insights and input to shape overall project strategies, supporting new business development efforts and regional growth.
- *Work in partnership with Local Feasibility Leads and the commercial team to develop and implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and site strategies, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- *Create and maintain a comprehensive site intelligence repository, consolidating insights on site performance, capabilities, and regional site-specific nuances to inform future trial strategies.
- *Lead and coordinate the post-award feasibility efforts, ensuring alignment with the trial’s goals, timelines, and local/regional requirements.
- *Drive site engagement efforts, working closely with investigators and site staff to ensure strong relationships and optimize trial feasibility, start up, and recruitment.
- *Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with clinical trial sites, ensuring effective communication, trust-building, and adherence to client and protocol timelines.
- *Lead the development and execution of site engagement strategies to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient trial outcomes across the region.
- *Drive continuous improvement efforts within the Clinical Operations team, identifying areas to enhance the feasibility and strategy processes across the APAC region.
- *Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations based on feasibility studies and strategic assessments to facilitate effective decision-making.
| | - Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, with a strong focus on feasibility and site engagement in the APAC region.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, particularly in the areas of site engagement and feasibility.
- In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes, site selection, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics within the APAC region.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
